Former United Way Exec Sues For $12 Million

A former United Way executive has filed a $12 million lawsuit against the nonprofit alleging sexual discrimination and workplace retaliation. The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in the Virginia Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria where United Way is headquartered. His name is omitted from this article as he is not a named defendant.
