TweetsGiving: Show Your Gratitude With Epic Change

Scheduled for November 24 – 26, 2009 , the 48-hour event created by Epic Change will encourage participants to express their thanks using online tools and at live events. Last year, funds from TweetsGiving helped build a classroom in Tanzania. This year, the Epic Change team are working on building a technology lab there.

Photo or video of how their gift is being used. The right photo or video can really hit the donor squarely in the heart. If the donor’s gift was used to buy laptops, a photo of students on the new laptops will hit the right note. But in a donation receipt, it is best to choose a happy photo. It is not false praise.
