Defining Impact Beyond Attendance Numbers at the MCA Denver

Museum 2.0

I was visiting with Adam Lerner, Director and Chief Animator of the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver. The MCA Denver has had a big impact on the art world with its fresh approach to programming, and it is located in a large city with a vibrant art scene. Adam described his vision for the MCA Denver's impact this way: I often think about a performance I attended at my college when I was studying in England in 1990.

How To Use Stories To Raise Money On Social Media

TechImpact

Check out this example from Denver Rescue Mission. Storytelling and social media – these terms have certainly been thrown around a lot this year! Are they just empty buzzwords, or actual tools that can help your nonprofit raise money online? I firmly believe in the latter. Great storytelling and successful social media campaigns are completely interconnected. You can collect fantastic, compelling stories, but if no one hears or sees them, they fall flat.
