Last year, there was a group called Social Media Marketing Firm, and they do work with New York Times, Wall Street Journal, some big brands, and they found that within their 300 customers, 52 percent declined organic advertising.

We experimented with many different forms of visitor participation throughout the building, trying to balance social and individual, text-based and artistic, cerebral and silly.
