Microsoft Office 2010 Now Available Through Volume Licensing; Office 2003 Discontinued

This is still true, but we have more good news for TechSoup users who received donations of Microsoft Office 2007 or 2003 in the past two years, and therefore have current Software Assurance benefits: you can now upgrade to Microsoft Office 2010 for free directly from Microsoft through the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC).
