Orgs 1 and 2 saw their Gmail open rates increase, with Org 1 getting a corresponding lift in click-through rates. Orgs 4 and 5 saw a bit more variance.

I don't have the resources to hire anyone or purchase a tool to automate a sync between Salesforce/Common Ground and Quickbooks, so it's a manual download file/upload into QuickBooks process for now. While I do use utilities to search out for duplicates en masse, most of the time I trip across a duplicate during everyday activities.
