Give away the fun (and easy) part. I think the reason we hold onto the idea generation part is because it's fun, not because it's the activity in which we have the most specialized expertise. But it wasn't all rosy, and we weren't perfect. We did not ask people to design whole exhibits and hand over CAD drawings so we could build them.
