Priya Parker's wonderful book The Art of Gathering shares the core principles of how to drive. I felt like a new teacher on the first day of school. I had no idea what to do.

But the VSA has taken an intentional approach to these structured conversations with the goal of putting the (arguably) best part of conferences—the side conversations and hallway discussions—front and center.
