They give high-energy, interactive tours of the Metropolitan Museum and the American Museum of Natural History (AMNH). They were “preaching the museum gospel” in NYC via alternative tours at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. I imagine that there are a lot more presumed barriers to break down at an art museum than a science museum.

Then again, Saturday was hardly normal at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History. He gently acknowledged the fundamental weirdness of meeting people in real-life, in confronting their "fleshiness," giving voice to anyone else's concerns about over-stimulation in the space. I was particularly interested in the ECHO project and Bryan's comments about the lack of in-house technical staff in museums and how that affects ability to innovate. Institutions like the Library of Congress and the Powerhouse Museum are getting thousands of quality tags and comments on previously hidden away images.
