I use a PC laptop for work. Is the iPad at the point that it can completely replace a laptop that is primarily used for communication, light work and entertainment? I long gave up on iTunes for podcasts and now love Instacast. I’m typing this entry from my new iPad using the WordPress app. I backup data to iCloud.

I use Spanning Sync to keep iCal and Address Book on the laptop in sync with iCal and Address Book on the Mac (and in sync with Google Calendar and Gmail). Maybe update podcasts for the flight home if it’s not too much trouble? While I’m gone, no new podcasts. I’m not looking to sync the whole Library.
