First is the wholesale movement toward the three major open source CMS platforms/frameworks, Drupal , Joomla and Plone. I think this model may become more prevalent, as organizations are not going to comfortable letting vendors store their data, but will want to take advantage of RIAs like Gliffy or Google Docs.
