That said, for someone like me ( Heather Mansfield ) who is very uncomfortable on camera in real life, it’s not uncomfortable being an avatar of myself in Oculus. You can be anyone you want in Oculus.

Your nonprofit’s avatar is the brand identity upon which your social media campaigns are built and resources should be allocated to ensure that it’s visually compelling and memorable. Add a video or slideshow to your “Thank You” landing page, if applicable. Create and upload videos. Create an Animoto Account and apply to Animoto for a Cause.

You could also host a holiday fundraiser to raise awareness and money for a certain charitable cause or business. While virtual events may not be considered as much fun as in-person charity events, they are still a great way to raise money for a cause and to promote a social issue. .
