There were a number of interesting findings from the new Luminate Online Benchmark Report , released at BBCON. What caught my eye, though, was that as nonprofits sent significantly more fundraising emails, conversion rates went south. M+R’s Benchmark Report showed similar conversion rate declines in 2012 and 2013.
