Fake PayPal notices are common as dirt, but this one stands out for its lameness. It does have some design elements (small PayPal logo, blue font, borders) -- it's the text that's lame -- empty merge fields, typos, random capitalization. There's even a typo in the fake From address (PayPal with two L's). I got two copies with slight variations: Senders: PayPal Security [information@paypall.com]. PayPal Security Services [status@paypall.com]. Refards, PayPal.
