We are transferring funds from Your Paypal account to your bank account. We are moving funds from Your Paypal account to your bank account. We are sending funds from Your Paypal account to your bank account. I got a ton of these earlier this week.

It does have some design elements (small PayPal logo, blue font, borders) -- it's the text that's lame -- empty merge fields, typos, random capitalization. There's even a typo in the fake From address (PayPal with two L's). I got two copies with slight variations: Senders: PayPal Security [information@paypall.com]. PayPal Security Services [status@paypall.com]. Refards, PayPal.
