There's also a lot of talk in the nonprofit blog space prompted by a recent Netsquared ThinkTank and some great thinking on the topic, particularly by Wendy Harmon of the Red Cross, mostly focused on ROI. The log files captured lots of data that gave us a lot "measurable" information about what people were doing on web sites.
