I use the " BY Attribution " creative commons license. I've used this license. I still sometimes see rather blank expressions when I ask about turning to CC licensed resources to find photos. No, but is more likely to happen is that people will use the work, use the license honestly, and improve the work.

Nonprofits could use flickr to document and share a process with colleagues or staff in a remote office, similar to how these educators are using flickr.

One aspect of the campaign is a Starbucks Flickr petition. My only criticism of the campaign is that very few of the photos have a Creative Commons license that allows bloggers and other supporters to share the photos and spread the word. Hat tip to the NTEN Flickr Affinity Group for the story.
