Most of the time, you don’t need a policy briefing in order to make sense of the call to action. It’s easy to follow your own train of thought. Does this sound or look like a policy briefing? You may not be able to teach yourself to be a better writer, any more than 8-year-old me could outwit himself with a queen sacrifice.
