I enjoyed learning about new trends in the field of nonprofit tech and felt that I left with some concrete tools to use to enhance the work of my organization. Some concrete examples that I’ve applied to my work have resulted in better use of memes, better use of calls to action (embedded in social media), and better ad testing.
