In this video, the slide deck only contains photos and video, and the presentation overall is a great demonstration of superlative presenting skills.

I like to use videos as part of the instruction to trigger discussion or something at the end as a group bonding mechanism. Something that has eluded me is how to directly embed the YouTube Video. I just discovered a way to embed the video directly in a slide. I'm knee deep in creating some new workshop curriculum.

Make it easy for committees and leaders to access resources like PowerPoint templates. Zonta has a standards guide that includes instructions related to style and formatting. We feature videos about women who are achieving firsts either for their ethnic group or for their country.

Use video, PowerPoint, or other visual aids to help tell the story of why your cause is important. Visuals can also be used to illustrate the impact that donations can have—show people what’s being built, who will benefit from their contributions (have pictures or video!), Same with stories and examples.

Reading wasn’t enough, so I would seek out videos on the internet, pictures of parts, and examine my own car so that I wouldn’t make a fatal error and require a new Gerald. The point is that I sought out different types of materials in different mediums: print, discussion forums, tech manuals, pictures, and videos.
