[Book Research] Quotes of Social Media Wisdom?

At the beginning of each chapter in my book (11 total) there will be a quote of wisdom from a nonprofit that speaks to content of that chapter. As a guideline, I don’t need general quotes like: Facebook is great. Then throughout the book, there will be approximately 20 more quotes of wisdom. Twitter is all about listening.
