You need to pick the right hard data points (fancy way of saying metrics) that will help you harvest insights to improve your social media strategy. For blogging, you have to use a couple of different tools to get the different metrics you need. I think engagement metrics are far more useful for evaluating reader interest.

These statistics demonstrate the increasing impact of corporate philanthropy and the desire for employees to have opportunities to engage in workplace giving. Microsoft offers a similar ad grant program for their websites such as Bing and Yahoo. Essentially, businesses and their employees want to support nonprofits like yours.

The growth could be attributed to event donors, targeted acquisition campaigns, and/ or email appends, which are all good, but when an email file size is viewed as a standalone metric you’re not getting the full picture of the housefile health as each source has unique characteristics. But there’s a rub. Simply, it’s quality over quantity.
