Probably an issue that we should all be looking at. It does Direct Marketing but not Major Gift fundraising (or it does Major Gift fundraising but not Direct Marketing); we need support in both areas. Ok, when none of those “show-stopper” or “drop-dead” issues above has come up, we just believe that we want/need a new system.

Salesforce’s technology donation program that provides 10 free licenses to eligible organizations, as well as other free and discounted products ? Since then, we’ve had over 50,000 customers take advantage of these donated licenses. The Power of Us Program ? The fundraising team now has much more capability with campaigns as well.

This was a huge issue for us since we had people that were both a donor and a service user and there wasn’t a way of bringing all the data together. It has also reduced the burden on staff to ensure they are constantly checking various inboxes and spreadsheets for any issues that may have been noted.
