I also didn't facilitate the whole room discussion around the slides which I usually do because I worried about going over time. I must also memorize how to skip around in powerpoint without flipping through slides.

My teaching style has been influenced by constructivism in short - less "sage on the stage" and "more guide on the side" and that learners should be actively involved in their learning process. Most importantly, I need a good facilitator for each table. I don't believe in the expert as one person, but more as a network.
