The term “call to action” (CTA) is used multiple times in the list. It need not be a solicitation.

If this isn’t an option available in your area, consider securing a location to host your own paint and sip night. Tip: Take advantage of the fall weather and host your paint and sip event outdoors (but have a contingency plan just in case). Or, plan your own trivia night where your nonprofit is responsible for hosting and recruiting.

The Autism Society of Minnesota (AuSM) has hosted a gala for the last four years, but in 2020 and 2021 they knew it wouldn’t be an option. Many of the fundraisers also hosted Zoom watching parties of the livestream program. The Spinal CSF Leak Foundation is a relatively young nonprofit that was still finding its legs when COVID hit.
