Relative to other museums, I think we spend less time producing an "onstage" experience and more time collaborating with community organizations behind the scenes to empower them to produce.

It seemed to be a really good and sustainable model, and we raised around $300,000 doing that kind of work. On one level, Off the Mat, Into the World is bridging the yogis and activism through training programs. For me, it's a really exciting model because it wasn't me who raised $524,000, but I set that goal for myself.
