After picking the platform, we tackled the design. Because we were thinking digital from the start – not as an afterthought or an evolution of an existing resource – we focused on designing a publication that would be read primarily on a computer or mobile device. Create Free Polls. I tried one for audience polls and one for messages. However, 85% of the really small sample of folks (10 people) who took the poll think that widgets could be useful to building community if used strategically.
