You can model behavior all you want but if no one can tell what tools you are using to be so successful, there’s no way they can jump in and help man the ship.

For example, you could use a: Labeling assessment to test a learner’s ability to fill out a complicated form that’s integral to their role. Gamification can be incorporated into assessments in a variety of ways, such as by awarding points for the number of questions answered correctly or providing badges to the highest scorers.

Some people call this a "hello" culture.

What I loved about this exercise, is that after Stephanie and I modeled taking photographs and sharing on our Facebook Group or Twitter, participants started to also document digitally. Participants made name badges using selecting tool names for their first and last name. We were able to thoroughly document the exercise here.

I've also summarized the story of a how one social media guru, David Armano, leveraged his large network to help a family a need and has stepped into the role of donor steward and even service delivery. I wonder what this says about the role of nonprofits and charities in an age of social networks? They did and I was ready. .
