An LMS, or learning platform, is a system that is designed to facilitate some sort of learning process over the web. There are both proprietary and open source LMS. There are open source LMS, some of which are quite well developed, and some also geared toward (or developed by) colleges and universities.

I answer all of their tech questions, and solve pretty much all of their tech problems (mostly by helping them figure out who they should call.)
