The data shows that both digital immigrant and digital native donors have embraced the multichannel wonderland. There is perhaps no more telling data point than this: online donors 65-years and older have the highest retention rate. It’s in our org charts. Thankfully, we have lots of data to settle the argument.

Some indicators that a card sort test is a good activity for a design project include: A website that is structured according to the org chart so that each department has their own section. 15 is the minimum to make sure we have enough data to observe patterns and any more than 50 responses tend to get unwieldy to analyze.

Our data catalyst, Karen Bush, who ran grandpa's car like a champ, is leading our transition to a cloud-based, open database that feels like a fleet of shiny vespas. We're about 6 months into trying a system for this called OKRs (objectives and key results). We set "key results"--measurable indicators--of achieving those objectives.
