If inactive donors clutter your search results, code them so they don't appear in searches. Organizations need to have a policy about what level of donation gets a particular level of stewardship. If an org has 5,000 employees, Chatter is a fantastic way for folks from one side of the building to keep up with what's happening on the other side. Folks who care about us also care about 1000 other things and other organizations. It doesn't auto-update.
