I was fortunate enough to be invited to be a guest speaker at the 2011 Nonprofit Technology Conference. The idea, grand in scope, was to present models and technology that can assist organizations shift internal cultures to make diversity of all types the norm. It all started back in March of this year.

Last week was the 2011 Nonprofit Technology Conference and not only did I have the pleasure of presenting a couple sessions, it was also my first NTC as a staffer, as I joined NTEN earlier this month. But both the community and your organization want to see certain laws passed, things improved, programs created or groups supported.
