They were in storage for 90+ years before historians in Hawaii and Santa Cruz discovered they were THE boards in the first known record of surfing in the Americas in Santa Cruz. It was June of 2009.

This year, we have activated kitchens to respond to the volcanoes in Hawaii and Guatemala. Tim helped us there, led our kitchen in Hawaii, and even came with us to Guatemala. Especially since at the same time we have relief efforts going on in Hawaii and Puerto Rico as well. We’re always trying to adapt and grow.
