ROCK AND DIRT ARE NOT NECESSARILY WASTE IN THE EPA CLASSIC SENSE Much has been made of the controversy over filling streams. Streams are not lost forever. It is a big mess.

According to the NTEN Blog , Blackbaud , a provider of services designed for nonprofits, has launched Blackbaud Labs , a sandbox for projects in the pipeline.

Here's a few examples of the latter that were mentioned on the Twitter stream. . A recent example is the Humane Society's Spa Day Photo Contest which raised over $600,000. Another example is the campaign Holly Ross, at NTEN, just finished to raise $10,000 for NTC scholarships using social media tools and a lot of her personality.
