The good folks at Care2 (Heather Holdridge, Justin Perkins, and James O'Malley) have a detailed case study on the NTEN blog about the top Facebook winner of the recent Case Foundation America's Giving Challenge. The presentation describes the benefits of using Digg and shares some before/after results. Haven't dug into Digg yet?
