Profile : Select your profile image to access your profile. Create your Oculus Avatar. Have fun with your avatar! That said, for someone like me ( Heather Mansfield ) who is very uncomfortable on camera in real life, it’s not uncomfortable being an avatar of myself in Oculus.

For example, the Latin America Work Group’s website is www.lawg.org , but when the organization was setting up its profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, “lawg” was not available on all three sites. Use a Square Version of Your Organization’s Logo as Your Avatar on Social Media Sites. Learn Basic HTML. Be honest and authentic.

That said, there are some resources and tools that I continually refer to and use again and again, and others that I am still experimenting with that may (or may not) become integral to my communications routine. If your event is broad in scope, consider creating avatars for each attendee group so you can really take a look at what their motivations may be for attending. Incorporate QR codes to unlock additional features or downloadable content that can be accessed for reference after the event.
