We get a huge amount of pro bono assistance from the legal profession, both because of our social impact as a nonprofit, and because of the challenging and interesting issues we tackle. when we bring them to developing world countries.

I came away with a much better understanding of the issues they are exploring and certainly did my part to articulate why I support the positions we have. The most interesting part of the conversation was around what I call the “dueling moral high grounds” issue: authors rights and the rights of people with disabilities.
