As a 10,000 footer, NTEN’s new Donor Management System Survey is of keen interest. 18% of users surveyed use that one, which also accounted for 35.5% of use in very large organizations.

Open Source CRMs – people like them?

December 12, 2007 I had a good look at NTEN’s CRM Satisfaction Survey (yippee for data!), and although the sample sizes were small, and not representative of the nonprofit sector as a whole, the people surveyed seemed to like the open source tools available. That’s pretty impressive.
