In 2007, Michael Wesch , a digital anthropologist, created this striking video called The Machine is Us/ing Us , to explain in five minutes what the Web 2.0 In workshops, I'd play the video and have folks jot down words or themes. In the early days, the big hurdle was getting to shared understanding of what it really means.
