It is sort of like Technorati for Twitter. I found it because I have an RSS feed for a twitter search on the nptech tag. I also track an ego feed on Twitter through Radian 6 and caught wind of this tweet about best practices and twitter. Twitter grader is a measure of authority and reach of a Twitter user.
