India is next to Pakistan, which is right next to Afghanistan, and the US had just gone to war in Afghanistan. In the process, I felt like I came into contact with my own creative voice, and that voice wanted more, it wanted more room. The way it emerged was amazing to me really. It was a beautiful process.
