Your venue will need to accommodate attendees, sponsors, and event staff , with each of these audiences having unique needs that must be met. Where should sponsors set up a booth (if they get one)? How will sponsors be highlighted during the event (announcements, signage, etc.)? First, you have to consider what roles are needed.
