Mary Joyce used a remix of the Social Media Game that I created with David Wilcox back in 2007 and has subsequently been used by many other nonprofit technology trainers. Mary’s remix simplified the tool selection to what was being taught during the TOT. She used the white board to draw the concepts in the slides.

And, best of all, I had young people in the workshop - all age 17 and under - the generation dubbed as " Generation Z. So, remixed my slide deck to represent the different points of view.

The social media lab for arts organizations is a combination of face-to-face workshops, phone calls, and online support via a wiki and Twitter over several months. We were lucky enough to have a fabulous space for the workshop in the Contemporary Jewish Museum. For this workshop, we had a hashtag - #Artslabsf and the wiki.
