When I’ve used this curriculum, I listen to the conversations at the tables to see if people are engaged, stuck, or have questions. It is hard for one person to do that with 300 people and 30 tables, but the experience has given me some great ideas on how to scale that. One-day or half-workshops are only one touch point.
