Last week, I visited the Wing Luke Asian Museum in Seattle. The guide, Vi Mar, was an incredible facilitator. One man (Gordon from Kirkland) told us that "Vi is kind of a celebrity" in the Seattle Chinatown community, which made the rest of us more excited about taking a tour from her. What if it isn't what I expected?

Next week, I headed to Seattle for a couple of days of events around my book, “ Measuring the Networked Nonprofit ,” co-authored with KD Paine. I was in India this past summer to facilitate an intensive four-day training for Packard Foundation grantees working on family-planning issues.
