Because we're becoming so dependent on product from China and other countries, it's imperative that we have more farmers. So, we work with a village in China that grows the bamboo along the river, and every two years that bamboo shoots up about 20 feet, and they have a whole way of working with the trees there where they'll just cut them down, use them, and it will replenish itself. I would say about 75-80% of our teas are organic. Reem: Oakland's the place.
