John’s Episcopal Church, Paul’s Place started with the vision for a soup kitchen in one of the poorest communities in Baltimore City. Founded in 1982 by two volunteers from St. A Strong Focus on the Future.

Byte Back is a nonprofit computer skills and career training center located in Washington, D.C. In the mid-1990s, Glenn met with his friend Barbara Altman to share his idea of opening a computer and career training center in Honduras. They expanded classes to Baltimore in 2019 after winning CAD $1 million in the TD Ready Challenge.

It provides recreation, resources, and training to parents and caregivers, educators, first responders, clinicians, and others. Pathfinders for Autism provides support in three areas: recreation, resources, and training. A trip to the National Aquarium in Baltimore, Maryland, saw 1,500 people visit. The tour was a smash hit.
