It’s your job to remind folks who’ve not yet renewed or fulfilled on their pledges that it’s time to do so. You can also create lists of SYBNTs (gave some year but not this), pledge reminders, and downgrades. Call donors who’ve not yet paid their pledges. . If not, give these donors a phone call pronto. Don’t let them!
