The other day, Matt Sharp shared this link to a social media policy generator called the Social Media Policy Tool. But, if an organization simply cuts and pastes a social media policy without the internal culture change, it won't be effective. In truth, our guidelines are quite vague.

Define Your Metrics and Create a Social Media ROI Spreadsheet. Create a Simple Media Policy. Keep it simple and on the short side.
