Probably not, as a 5K also requires up to a year of planning, a lot of committed volunteers, and a lot of friends and supporters who will participate in the event in the early years, when most people have not heard of the event or your organization.

Given the theme of the campaign was to honor my Dad’s love of the ocean and surfing and I was supporting Surf Rider Foundation, I used the surf theme to name each giving level after particular type of wave.
