Multiple Google Docs in same browser - Incognito mode to the rescue! (it's not just for porn)

All well and good, but it does't work for Google Apps or Google Docs, and it's driving me batty. I'd still have to load Docs, Calendar and Sites separately anyway so what was the point? But there is no way that I know of to have a single Google Docs view that shows the content of all accounts. It's maddening.
